About Generavio
Generavio is an independent small web project based in Feldkirch, Austria. It helps adults explain to children how contributions, cash, ETF shares and market movements interact through a simulated money journey.
Why Generavio exists
Financial terms quickly become abstract. A family may see a value rise or fall without knowing how much came from its own saving and how much from market performance. Generavio makes that distinction visible and easier to discuss.
What Generavio is—and is not
Generavio is a financial-learning and simulation application. It does not execute real purchases, hold money, connect to brokers or recommend particular investments. Every displayed portfolio and purchase is simulated.
- Adults manage the private family area.
- Children do not need their own account.
- Public examples use fictional data only.
- Learning content is not individual financial, tax or legal advice.
